Seasons change tides turn and Spring is trying to have sprung around here. The sun isn't shining but thank God the rain has stoppped! I'm painting the interior of my home this spring. One room and one weekend at a time starting with my bedroom. Deep prayer squats come into play quite a bit. I'm almost done and I think I'm gonna go for a second coat as I have plenty of paint. Nice to have been working out for the past year with Tony Horton workouts so that the practical application of painting becomes the workout with perfect form and not too many splatters.

Now if I could only eat like Tony for a few days in a row I'd be THE happy camper!

Thanks Tony...couldn't have come at a better time! I used to be a "all or nothing" minded individual. But I've noticed a change this past month. I no longer think that way! I can honestly say that if I slip up, I don't cave in totally! I just pick myself up, dust myself off, I don't dwell on the slip up and want to start from scratch, but instead I continue on where I left off with both the exercise and the clean eating. It's all about living a healthy lifestyle each day the best I can. I really am living the "doing my best and forgetting the rest"! Thanks Tony for keeping me on track and for caring so much about all of us! See you at camp!

I almost gave up. After hearing this from Tony, it has renewed my spirit if that is even a word. I listened to some of the things Tony said and was like, wow! I do that too. So I know I can do it. One day at a time, step by step, I will be all over a healthier me.
