Where can I get info about the camps? I would LOOOOOOVE to go to one. Also I have a question for Tony re when to eat. Is it better to have your first meal one hour before you work out or after you work out and how long should I wait. I have been waiting so long to try this program and am on day 3 of P90 and I'm so pumped. Thanks!!!! momac35

Momac, I am not Tony, but you can eat after you workout, if it is not too late in the day (last meal should be 2 to 3 hrs before bedtime). other than that, Eat healthy!!

Tony and Miami campers!! I am so happy for all of you. Glad you had fun!! I was in bed all weekend with the flu. So it was a good thing I didn't signed up. :) See you in Chicago!!

Stop waiting on the fence. Tony Live is so much more than what you would even imagine!!!

Funny audio. Where's the one from Saturday night when we were all actually still alive?

The camp was so incredibly fun and motivating. Sign up as soon as you can. Before leaving to go to Miami, I thought I'd go back to P90 1 / 2 - and I was at 60 days! Talk about lack of motivation. After camp, today, I came home and did 5/6 Master Series with oooomph. So, if that doesn't tell you something about what a camp can do, don't know what else to tell ya.

Tanks, Tony!

Hey Tony! I really miss you and all of the other wonderful campers so much already. I had a fantastic time! Whenever I see you, I always pick up more tidbits of info that will help me in my lifelong journey of health and fitness. One of your fitness camps is never long enough--it just made me want more! See you at another camp! :-)

HEY! It has only taken me two days to fully recoup from MIAMI-CAMP!. What a blessing in my life and 20+ other lucky "friends" that made the right choice and listened to their hearts. And "COMPLETED" a Mater TONY HORTON'S CAMP life changing to the POSITIVE experience. I could say that meeting The MAN in person has been the most powerful affirmation in my mind that "health and Fitness" IS about "FELLING GOOD" and NOT about "LOOKING GOOD"!! Although if the balance looks like TONY!!! HEY!!! what an EQUILIBRIUM!!!!!!.
my undying THANKS!. SOFIA..BABY!!!!

Hi, I live in Chicago and would love info about the camp that's happening. How do I sign up? How much does it cost? How long is it, what do you do? Who can help me out with some info??? I wish there was a link somewhere that lists all these camps. Or maybe there is and I just don't know where to find it. Thanks! Kel
