Tony,

Thanks for the motivation! My husband and I are in the middle of week 5 in P90X but we both have our weakness. Mine's cheesecake and my husband's is chocolate chip cookies. But if we can manage avoiding these and sticking to the nutrition plan in the P90X program, anyone can do it! We've celebrated family birthdays and my own college graduation since beginning the program and haven't once stuffed ourselves with goo-filled cake. Our families think we're nuts, but we're motivated to stick to a healthy regimen. Thanks again, from some Oklahoma P90X'ers!

Tony,

As you know, I've been struggling with this question for years and have finally come to the conclusion that time waits for no one, so I'm finally on my way to accepting reality and ready and willing to go with the flow of true health.

Thanks again, buddy! And I can't wait for these new workouts....

Thanks for the great message Tony! It was really helpful and motivational as well. I think you should move to North Carolina for the next 90 days so you can help me with the healthy eating stuff. ;) Thanks again!

Tony,
Thanks for taking the time for the real people out there. It was excellent advice. And great to know that you are human and like a little something sweet now and then.

Tony!!! love your question. "who are you?".
I know who I Want to be...now I'm just on Day 2 of Power 90 program, and I just know I'll get there if I keep pushing play, and keep pushing the junk food away.
The guy caught "cheating" on your generous Free Food and Free training program should really appreciate the opportunity he's been given. Maybe by now he has come around, as I see your post was back on May 15.
Hope your new 10 min project goes well.
Best wishes,
and thanks for kicking my butt this morning (P90 Sculpt 3/4)

Sincerely,
LuckyLynda (on the messageboards)

Hi Tony, Thanks for taking the time to share a motivational message. I am in m 4th week of P90X and I absolutely, positively love it so far!! I have the exercising, working out thing down...no problem. I struggle with my diet. I have weaknesses for many chocolatey, gooey foods and I am the carb queen. So, your message has helped to make me want to stay on track with the P90X meal plan. For the first time in my life I am ready to eat healthy 90% fo the time instead of 40%. I have three children 11 yrs. and younger who are encouraging me to eat right. They love to watch your dvd's by the way. My oldest son enjoys your sense of humor. Thank you.

Joyfully,
Renee (jkRunNay)

TONY MY NAME IS DAN. I AM A 15 YR OLD WHO HAS BEEN DOING P90X FOR 5 MONTHS. I WAS WONDERING IF YOU WOULD EVER DO A TEST GROUP WITH TEENAGERS AND I COULD BE PART OF IT. YOUR PROGRAM HAS HELPED ME MAKE AN AWESOME TRANSITION! KIDS I KNEW 6 MONTHS AGO DON'T EVEN RECOGNIZE ME. YOUR PROGRAM NOT ONLY TAUGHT ME HOW TO WORKOUT BUT GAVE ME DETERMINATION AND MOTIVATION. IS THERE A WAY I COULD SEND YOU MY BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES?
