Write These Down

1. Let your manners speak, your deeds prove and your delivery impress.

2. Love is the ultimate state, where compassion prevails and kindness rules.

3. Your greatness is measured by your gifts, not your possessions.

4. I would rather have a mind opened by wonder, than closed by belief.

5. Happiness is the result of inner maturity. It depends on us alone, and requires patient work, carried out from day to day. Happiness must be built, and this requires time and effort. In the long term, happiness and unhappiness are therefore a way of being, or a life skill.

6. The body and the word have great importance: it is through their support that the true nature of the mind can be realized. It could be said that, in a way, the body and the word are servants of the mind.

7. The basic root of happiness lies in our minds; outer circumstances are nothing more than adverse or favorable.

8. Do not encumber your mind with useless thoughts. What good does it do to brood on the past or anticipate the future? Remain in the simplicity of the present moment.

9. What counts is not the enormity of the task, but the size of the courage.

10. The trouble is that you think you have time.

I was set back by your statement...

I would rather have a mind opened by wonder...than closed by belief...

Being a person who teaches belief really makes me wonder if it closes minds...

Good stuff...

Just started your stuff for the first time and started 90x right off the bat...really kicks...first day and looking forward to many to come...

Hey Tony,

I think you really let your good karma hang out all over when you wrote these ten little jewels of good counsel. Love, courage, mind/body, imagination, selflessness, good example; man, you hit all those hot spots we all tend to dance around until it bites us firmly in the butt. It takes time to make a good wine, and with a little persistence, patience and prayer, we can get to that ultimate destination and even enjoy the scenic road on the way.

No more fear, no questions or doubts! Because time is too precious to waste.

Your buddy in Gotham City,

Nick

It is easy to tell you are my age for some reason being over 50 seems to call a responsibility to pass on the jewels of knowledge you have learned to the next generation.

But I have come to realize more often than not..what I learned was to train me and the next person's path is what trains them. Peace be with you Tony.

Hi Tony,
I just started P90 about 3 weeks ago. I love it, and you! When I start feeling unmotivated I go poking around the message boards and successes stories. It really helps to know that there are people who have accomplished so much.
Do you still do the Hawaii trips? If so look for me!!
Thanks again

How true! Belief is only a guess wearing a top hat. It's so much better to wonder and explore!
