I always thought excess fat had to do with many cancers, but I never read anything much about it. This article really hits home.

With more and more kids getting addicted to the horrors of this fast-food nation, we adults really need to stress the connection of fat, out-of-control hormones and breast cancer. And it doesn't stop there. Obese adults have up to a 3-fold increased risk of colon cancer. That ain't no fun--as a teenager, I watched my grandpa die a slow, agonizing death from that stuff, something I shall never forget.

Tony, I've been following your diet advice since camp, brutha, and it's helped me a helluva lot. No more red meat, pork, alcohol (always hated it anyway), heavy cheeses, sugary carbs, juices, white flour, coffee, etc. Man, I can do so much more, no more bad mood swings; and lastly, I'm finally under 200 lbs and falling. Plyo pull-ups here I come!

Feel the burn, feel the churn!

NickAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
