Doing something like Plyo for the first time, I know that Intensity will be there, but breaks will be desperately needed! :) I have already seen inches come off this first 30 days and I still LOVE THIS PROGRAM! I'm excited to add Plyo and a few other resistance workouts to my early mornings. <BR/><BR/>And I have to tell you, I finally ordered the Recovery Drink. Didn't have it the first 25 days. WOW, that stuff is fabulous!! My energy picked up! I was no longer falling asleep in the afternoons!
