Just what I needed to hear, Tony, after last nights chat with you!!! Thanks, my friend! Your guidance is golden!!! Consistency with workouts....not a problem for me....6 days per week....I'm there...."bring'in it!!!" Diet side of the equation....not as good...not terrible...but not great either! This challenge is do-able and I'm up for it! One month to start....but I have a feeling it won't end there!!! Thanks, Tony!

Hey Tony,

Glad to see that you went this route on your blog after all the talk of food in last night's chat.

The only thing that I know will be hard for me is the dairy. I don't drink milk, eat a lot of cheese, etc., but I DO eat cottage cheese for protein for breakfast. I am not a huge egg person and oatmeal just doesn't cut it for me. Fiber, yes, but no protein. So, I'm afraid that I am a lowfat cottage cheese girl. And a yogurt girl. Sometimes I have that for snack. But, I will cut out the yogurt (I eat lowfat vanilla or plain) for a month and see how I go.

Thankfully for me, I am not a soda drinker, never have been, or a caffeine-aholic. It gives me major headaches, so I go decaf whenever I drink a coffee (maybe 1-2x week, 1 cup only). The others on your "porn" list are already done for me, though we have 96% lean ground beef every couple of weeks for tacos. I will eat what I have bought and go without for the next month. It's here in print, so I have to do it! And LoriJ is my workout WOWY buddy, so she will keep me accountable!

Thanks again for your great attitude and the way you present things to us! We love it and you!

Hey Tony,
Let me do a check off list: 1-done; 2-working on; 3-done; 4-done; 5-done. Hey 1 out of 5.. I am ahead of the goal then. I do take calcium pills and have minimize my dairy but I do have it once in a while. No lie. So I know that I just have to keep working out and it all will "fall"/tone into place.

So everyone you got your goal, now go practice! Practice makes perfect and lets see the abs, the energy, the love!! ;)

Love Love Love - the Voice blog - till the Daddy takes the T BIRD AWAY !! :)

TONY --- I CUT the soda the day I met you and Debbie at the BB offices. Can you believe it? Didn't even think about it, just did it. Well, spending time with Miss Traci helped too (she's such a FoodNazi, that girl :0).

And you know, I lost the majority of my weight from cutting Sugar and White Flour! (Cheese, don't do...yeah another Traci "law" hehehe)

But my QUEST-JA-ON.... My protien Shakes? I use 7-8oz Slim Milk once a day for my breakfast... Come-on now, Don't tell me to use WATER -- YUCK YUCK YUCK -- Who wants vanilla flavored water for breakfast? The milk makes it creamy hence the word "shake" !! :0)

THANKS for getting the word out about Sugar and White Flour (Bread Crack / BAD!)

OK!! I think I've pretty much cut all that stuff out a long time ago (and I'm still fat!). But this is the BIG month. Not one soda, maybe just nonfat lattes, no white flour or sugar (except my flour tortillas they manage to make low carb and get 11 g's of fiber in em), no processed meats, and absolutely no fried foods!! I can do this!!! I'm in chat so much I chat with the pioneers and I'm gonna do the journal challenge with them this week. SO, I will really see that I am not eating any of this food porn!!.

ps.. still don't have my master's series, but I have faith that it is on the way. Otherwise I re-order it in november. Have fun in Hawaii and Miami Tony!! Love ya!!

Thanks, Tony for the advice. It is good for the instructors to give their input once in a while to keep us in check and remind us about the foods that are really bad for us. I know everyone that hears this blogs will take notes and start watching what they eat.
Have fun in Hawaii and in Miami, Tony. Hope to see you soon at one of the Camps. Love ya!!!!

You're not only a tease (I was expecting some porn...just kidding), but you are also a heart breaker!

Tony, Tony, Tony has done it again. Laid down the awful truth! Tony... don't take my dairy away from me!!! Okay... the rest of the list is already a check--- and since San Antonio, the only cheese I eat is Rice cheese. My milk, cottage cheese, and PLAIN (no more vanilla) yogurt are all fat free already.

For you Tony - cause I love Freaks- I am going to do away w/ all dairy for a month. Hopefully I'll see you in Miami and you'll be able to see the results of this little experiment in person.

Love the audio blog, love your silliness, love the the freak in you, love your crazy mime skills, love your honesty... love you!!!

Thanks! "DEW"

Tony,

I'm all over this like a hobo on a ham sandwich. Except no ham and no bread! :) My name is skill but you certainly have the SKILLS as Traci put it! :)

Tony -

I struggle like hell with all of this - I don't like exercise (Power Yoga is the bane of my existence) and love to eat junk (and you can tell). Years ago, I stayed slim by dancing all night long! But I have to say the lighthearted way in which you talk about things makes me think that perhaps things ain't so hard after all.

Thank you.

Thanks for taking the time to read my lense. I hope that it's been useful for you. I don't know how much these will help but i hope they do something. Your best would to try allot of trombones if possible and see which one you like best. 1628-Durham, England: Peter Smart, Prebendary of Durham Cathedral, brings a lawsuit against John Cosin, fellow-Prebendary and Bishop of Durham, complaining about several -Popish- activities. Among the specific complaints are the following: -Article 7: He has divided the morning service into two parts; the six o'clock service which used to be read only and not sung, he chants with organs, sackbuts and cornetts, which yield a hideous noise-.Article 8: He enjoins all the people to stand up at the Nicene Creed-which he commands to be sung with organs, sackbuts and cornetts-- (Buttrey). The following year, Smart publishes A Short Treatise of Altars, Altar-furniture, Altar-cringing, and Musick of all the Quire, Singing-men and Choristers, wherein he asks, -Can such paltry toyes bring to our memory Christ and his blood-shedding? Crosses, Crucifixes, Tapers, Candlesticks-sumptuous Organs, with Sackbuts & Cornets piping so loud at the Communion table, that they may be heard halfe a mile from the Church?- (Smart, Altar 19).
